What are NUSPA’s working hours?

NUSPA operates from 10:00 AM to 10:00 PM on weekdays and from 10:00 AM to 9:00 PM on weekends.

How does the reservation system work?

NUSPA operates with a reservation system. Guests should arrive at the NUSPA reception at least 15 minutes before their scheduled appointment. In case of a delay, the therapy will not be extended and will end at the scheduled time. If the guest needs to cancel the therapy appointment for any reason, they must inform NUSPA at least 4 hours in advance. If the guest fails to notify about the cancellation, the therapy fee will be charged.

Can I give the products I buy from NUSPA website as a gift to someone else?

With the “Gift Certificates” feature offered by NUSPA web, you can give a gift to a people you want, just by entering their e-mail address. A code will be sent from NUSPA via e-mail to e-mail address that you share with us, and with this code, your friend/relative  can make a reservation for the service we offer and benefits from our privileged service, either by our website or by phone.

What is the spa attire?

Most therapies are preferred without clothing, and it is recommended to wear comfortable clothing. Special therapy attire, slippers, and towels are provided by NUSPA.

What health precautions are taken?

If the therapist finds that the therapy may pose a health risk, they may cancel the session. Members with any health issues must inform the therapist; otherwise, NUSPA will not be held legally or financially responsible for any potential consequences.

What are the other rules to follow?

Our guests visiting NUSPA must be at least 16 years old; if they are younger, they must be accompanied by a family member. We advise our guests not to bring valuable belongings with them. NUSPA cannot be held responsible for any lost items.

How long and how can I use massage packages?

The validity period for 10-session and 20-session packages is 1 year (365 days). The validity period for a 6-session package is 6 months. Any unused therapies within this period will expire, and no claims can be made for them. Services purchased as a gift certificate are valid for 3 months. Guests who are not club members can only use the wet areas (steam room, sauna). If it is found that a guest has used the club, the existing spa package will automatically be canceled. Therapy is applied according to the package duration, and package durations cannot be split.

Can I purchase services from the NUSPA website without registering?

You are not required to register to purchase services from the NUSPA website. However, if you do register, you can track all your reservations and purchase history, and during your next visit, you will only need to enter your email address and password.

What is the purpose of entering my personal information on the NUSPA website?

The information you provide (email address, phone number, etc.) is current contact information that allows us to reach you. Based on this information, we can record and process your details (e.g., for gift certificates).

Can I gift the products I purchase from the NUSPA website to someone else?

Yes, you can gift the services or products you purchase on the NUSPA website sing the Gift Certificates feature. You simply need to provide the recipient email address. NUSPA will send a code via email, and the recipient can use this code to make a reservation for the gifted service, either through our website or by hone, and enjoy our exclusive service.

Can I return the products I purchase from the NUSPA website?

If you have not used the products you purchased from the NUSPA website, you can return them to our branches.

What is the expiration date for the products I purchase from the NUSPA website?

You can use the products you purchase from the NUSPA website at any time within 1 year. After 1 year, your purchase will automatically be removed from the system. To avoid such situations, please carefully read our Terms of Use section

Can I use a product I purchased from the NUSPA website at a different branch?

Any service you purchase from the NUSPA website can only be used at the branch where it was originally purchased.

When is the latest I can cancel a product I purchased from the NUSPA website?

You can cancel a service you purchased from the NUSPA website within 2 weeks at the latest.

How can I make reservations for the services I purchase from the NUSPA website?

You can make reservations for the services you purchase at any time, either online or by phone.

Do I have to make a reservation for the services I purchase immediately?

You can make your reservation at any time, either online or by phone.

Can I make a reservation without purchasing a service from the NUSPA website?

Reservations cannot be made without purchasing a service.

Is the MAC membership discount applicable to promotional services?

Additional discounts do not apply to promotional services.

Can I send a Gift Card to the person I gifted a service?

To send a Gift Card, you need to contact NUSPA. If you would like to send it digitally via email, you can log into your account and send the email or print it out.
